Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also see live status any time under My Orders after signing in with an OTP.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Just reach out and we'll help you sort it out.
What are your products made of?
Our pieces are fashion / imitation jewellery — crafted from quality alloys with gold or rhodium plating and stones. They're designed to be anti-tarnish and skin-friendly, and are not real gold or precious stones.
How are payments handled?
Payments are encrypted and processed securely through Razorpay. We never store your card or banking details, and orders are confirmed only once payment is verified.
